Helpful

I am going to help with an Art Therapy group. This book has given me knowledge of my limitations, which is important to know. I am an artist who has been practicing for years and am knowledgeable in the basics of several media. I feel more comfortable after listening to this. My worry consists of hurting someone by overstepping my bounds. I will look further into this but am happy to have heard this book.

too short

has some helpful suggestions but it's very intro level material if your looking to go deep this isn't it.
