Good informative.
This book has some good information about the Atkins Diet. Very informative, especially about how the body processes food and different types of nutrients. It can be really motivating if you really understand the chemical processes behind everything you put in your mouth. Highly recommended.

Atkins weight-reduction plan depends on the speculation that consuming sugars invigorates the generation of insulin, which consequently prompts appetite, consuming. Consuming fat for power is probably lead to weight loss.

Great listening and Atkins explained. It provides multiple paths to eating right and even though it has the Atkins name on it, it's not just extreme low carb. If you are on that path, there is plenty of information, but it also has paths for those who eat a greater number of carbs.
