This third book really mix science and magic and the creation was magic tech that is soo good to have! Lots of crafting in this book that gave us a break of all the survival and fighting which was a nice change of pace. Looking forward to the next book!

If you are looking for an epic adventure in a post-apocalyptic world where magic and technology clash, you should definitely check out Attuned Future by Frank G. Albelo. This is the third book in the Metier Apocalypse series, and it delivers on all fronts: action, suspense, humor, romance, and more.

The story follows Ronan and his friends, who have survived the cataclysmic events that transformed the Earth into a hostile environment full of monsters and anomalies. They have established a settlement called Wildwood, where they use their Metier Crystals to harness the power of magic and fight for their freedom. But their troubles are far from over, as they face new enemies and challenges that threaten their very existence.

Ronan is a charismatic leader who has to balance his personal desires with his responsibilities as the head of Wildwood. He is also a skilled fighter and crafter, who uses his Metier Crystal to manipulate earth and metal. He is joined by a diverse cast of characters, each with their own personality and abilities. Some of them are:

- Lila, a fiery redhead who can control fire and electricity with her Metier Crystal. She is Ronan's love interest and partner in crime.
- Zane, a sarcastic hacker who can hack into any system with his Metier Crystal. He is Ronan's best friend and loyal ally.
- Nia, a mysterious girl who can communicate with animals and plants with her Metier Crystal. She is Ronan's adopted sister and a source of wisdom.
- Kira, a fierce warrior who can manipulate light and sound with her Metier Crystal. She is Ronan's rival and ally.
- And many more!

The book is full of thrilling battles, ingenious crafting, and surprising twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The author does a great job of creating a vivid and immersive world that blends fantasy and sci-fi elements in a unique way. The book also explores themes such as friendship, loyalty, courage, sacrifice, and destiny.

Attuned Future is a must-read for fans of LitRPG, apocalyptic fiction, and fantasy. It is the third book in the series, but it can be enjoyed as a standalone as well. However, I highly recommend reading the previous books, Attuned Earth and Attuned Dungeon, to get the full experience of this amazing saga.

I can't wait for the next book in the series, which is expected to be released in 2023. I give Attuned Future five stars out of five!

Performance:
Gabriel Michael continues to be great in this series.

Story:
We see Ronin come into his own as a leader, with all of the stumbles that come along with that. With the help of his friends he starts building up a sizable force to start pushing back the Dreg and expanding the surviving 'human's' hold on the surface.

Lots of exploration of Ronin's state of mind, lots of progression for the litany of characters now in the story. Looking forward to seeing what challenges are in the future for the Bunker Busters.

This series has really hit its stride in this book. The game system complements the story very well. There is a good amount of action. The characters are getting more powerful which is fun to see. I am really enjoying the narration.
