Nailed it!
I just finished "Creating Superfans". I read a TON of self improvement and business books. A couple of secrets:
1) I don't finish most business strategy books b/c it's unnecessary. (You can usually understand everything after ~5 chapters.)
2) I typically find podcasts with the authors b/c they more succinctly deliver the info in 1-2 hours.
I read "Creating Superfans" from start to finish and I took notes!!!! The book covers a range of topics and there's no way to better deliver the info than to read/listen to it in its entirety. It resonated from start to finish and covered business strategies (and philosophies) that we've hodgepodged together over the years into one very well-written blueprint. I've already gifted it to 10+ people and we're already integrating it into our organization.

Great book to understand how to connect with your audience
Wow! The content in this book is priceless. Brittany tells about her life and what she has done or shares what others have done to maintain top of mind or connect deeper with others. Anyone could have narrated; the fact that Brittany herself does gives this book so much more power. Brittany speaks with enthusiasm and invigorates life and meaning to her message. If you want to know how to create Super Fans in your life, this book needs to be listened to more than once and don't forget to take notes on some of her great ideas.

The through thread of helping people feel seen and valued is one that speaks directly to my head and my heart. Building a playlist of your own stories to connect with people not to impress them, is a fantastic building block to interact people everywhere!
The acronyms and metaphors connect with me in a very fun way! It is putting handles on the “how to” not just telling us what we “should do.”
This will definitely be on repeat in my world!
