The best book I have read in the home service space.
I love how this book was set up with a story that felt very real as a home service business owner. It was then constructed on an actionable plan the second half of the book. If you are in home services as an owner or an employee, you should get your hands on this book. This book will make your company better or it can improve a company that may be struggling. I plan to give this book to all of my employees and go through it together.

Great information at any journey of your business
I met Brian at a conference a couple years ago. When he was speaking, he did such a good job relaying the message that when I found out he had a book I could not wait to read the book. I highly recommend this book to any entrepreneur at any part of the journey you will not regret reading or listening to this Information from Brian.

Guidebook for a Small Business Owner

MUST READ BUSINESS BOOK!
I was fortunate enough to be part of a dealer network with Brian Gottlieb. Brian was a standout at our yearly convention, not only because his business grew by double digits every year, but because he very generously shared what he learned and was doing to help other companies in the group. Brian would take the time to talk with anyone whether they were a $1 million per year company or $100 million business. I loved this book because it is a well organized and well written version of all that I and many others have learned from him through the years, and MORE!

Want to learn how to grow a company the right way ?
This book has so much valuable information in it you will need to read it 100X’s. Everyone always teaches how to manage a team by KPI’s, accountability, etc. but nobody ever talks about how important it is to be a people development/training company and how to empower your employees like this book does! Today is day 1 for us focusing on building a people development and training company and not just a company that sells windows and doors!
