Some people may find this book too "recipe like" and dislike it, but it's definitely not a normal recipe. Every item has an explanation, concrete and psychological, transforming it in a book that sharpens you way of thinking, an unpayable experience!

Complete and condenced guide towards ultimate efficiency
Nevertheless it’s published in 1995 the manual is nont outdated. A must read for every manager. Some simple routines and disciplines are so obvious and simple to implement yet not very often observed. This book will help you not only improve your bottom line but also change key people mindset.
