Wow!!!!
I have been listening to beats for years
None of them worked. I tried this one, hoping it would be the one. I suffer from insomnia.
Wow, the first time I tried it I fell asleep on chapter 2. Woke up the next morning feeling refreshed. It has been an amazing experience. I will continue to use it. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Super soothing
I’m so glad that audible has binaural beats.
It’s so soothing and I listen to it most nights before bed. But also use it throughout the day when I need to decompress. I highly recommend it.

very nice
The sound tracks are all very relaxing and calms the mind. Puts the mind in a place to do creative things. A happy positive hopeful feeling comes over ones reality.
