A different beat to focus, relax, and sleep!

Want to escape from the chaos of daily life? This audiobook has many uses when you need a calming influence for meditation, focus on a complex project or just restful sleep. Since it is such a long book, I decided to listen at bedtime, at a low volume. Instead of tossing and turning for hours, I fell asleep rather quickly and slept through the night. I awoke completely refreshed and ready to tackle my day. I will listen in other situations where I need to minimize distractions and expect the same result.

Best sleep I have ever had

I have always had a hard time getting and staying asleep. I took so much medicine to do that, but it always made me feel yucky. I found this audiobook and hoped it would help. It did! I have been able to turn off my brain and fall asleep faster than ever, and I stay asleep all night. No medication is needed anymore. My awake time is much more productive, and I feel amazing. highly recommend.

I fell asleep to this - was great

Normally when I first go to bed, regardless of how tired I feel, I will lay there for at least an hour before I am able to fall asleep. Last night I turned this on and I was asleep much quicker. I realize this could be just a coincidence, but I am going to keep using it for the next few nights and see what happens.

I also have a lot of work I need to get done this afternoon, so I would like to see how it can help with my concentration. This is definitely worth the purchase. It is lovely music.
