The best relaxation
This audiobook helped to relax me as I settled in to meditate. The binaural beats are very calming, but at the same time, uplifting. There were enough hours of it that I could just sleep all night with it on very low volume. I had no feeling of restlessness. I was able to sleep deeply and soundly with this audio. The melodies were very pleasant as well.

The perfect track to listen to so as to expand your mind, broaden your imagination, and alleviate stress. I tremendously enjoyed this while busy at work. The frequencies are never boring and beautifully melodical.
