Relaxing!

Very calming and relaxing audiobook for binaural beats well suited to sleeping through the night or to use simply to calm down or wind down. I felt noticeably calmer, less anxious, and more peaceful after listening to this in the background while doing work. It has a wide variety of uses from white noise to background noise to helping you sleep or study, nice length too

Monster collection of binaural beats

Dale Greer has compiled a monster collection of binaural beat audio so that the listener can sync with any frequency for any occasion. There’s been some discussion around binaural beats and their effectiveness, however, as I understand, everything is frequency (vibration) and aligning, or entraining, to different frequencies can have different effects on our three-dimensional reality. It’s no wonder that so many people swear by binaural beats, whether it is for deep meditation, to calm nerves, or to heal the body–they can really do wonders. This binaural beats collection is an excellent huge collection of binaural audio for your library and has a heavy emphasis on relaxation and restorative sleep. Fantastic if you’re a newbie to BB and want to get some frequencies going especially for your sleep or just to create a relaxing vibe around the house.
