Relaxing!

Very calming and relaxing audiobook for binaural beats well suited to sleeping through the night or to use simply to calm down or wind down. I felt noticeably calmer, less anxious, and more peaceful after listening to this in the background while doing work. It has a wide variety of uses from white noise to background noise to helping you sleep or study, nice length too

Didn’t Expect It to Work This Well

I had heard about binaural beats before but never really gave them a chance but this book changed that. It explained the science in a super easy way and showed me how to actually use the different wave types. I’ve been using theta before bed and alpha while working, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference. More focus, better sleep, and just a calmer vibe overall.
