Mainly really pleasant
I found the first track to be a little harsh on the ears and certainly couldn't sleep with that one. However, I was pleased to find that there are other tracks that are softer and more gentle on the ears and more pleasant for me to listen to. It's very relaxing and quite mesmerizing.

I found this book to be super calm and relaxing! Just what I needed to be able to fall asleep peacefully at night. Normally it takes me an hour to fall asleep and I have to have the tv on, which I don’t like. With this on I was able to fall asleep in only 15 minutes!
