Simple Recipe
The recipe was simple and used normal household ingredients or easy to find. His voice was monotonous but it’s only 15 minutes. Will be trying broth for breakfast for a week as suggested for newbies.

Easy to listen to, good information.
I've tried bone broth in the past but really wanted to know more about the benefits of adding it to my diet. This book convinced me that I should truly give it a try and have bone broth daily. It also gave a recipe that is far easier than the one I made.
I do recommend the book, its short and to the point.

Great to know
Interesting & informative. This should be taught in every health class. It is brief, to the point & easy to understand. Drs and nutritionists should encourage their patients to listen to the entire audiobook.
