Drinking bone broth has greatly improved a bad knee, increased erection strength, burn fat etc... this is a must for all men.

Eating for your best life
I have listened from beginning to end and this is the best eating plan I’ve heard. Believe me I have tried them all. I haven’t fully did the 3 week plan yet because for my budget it’s out of reach. What I have added to my lifestyle is the two days of mini fasting and I can tell you just from that I feel better and have more energy already. I have started me a Dr Kellyann’s budget I am excitedly looking forward to the complete 21 day plan I already know it works.

Ideal maintenance after 10-day Belly Slimdown
Dr. Kellyann continues to make continued weight loss or maintenance of weightloss simple with a perfect formula of nutrition, bone broth in a structure. Structure works best for me, so after the 10-day belly slimdown, I moved to the Bone Broth Diet which is a little more forgiving to the daily routine, yet includes the amazing benefits of bone broth. Again, $ is an excuse because you can find comparable products to Dr. Kellyann's products and you can make your own bone broth.

Great Book but needs Companion Material
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, I think the audiobooks are an easy way for busy people with any sort of commute to get the information their looking for without taking any additional time from their schedule. This book has a ton of great information.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Dr. Petrucci, of course. This question really doesn't apply to this book
Have you listened to any of Erin Bennett’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have not listened to any of Ms. Bennett's prior performances. She was easy to understand but a little monotone.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The sections of the book that speak to the success of others using the plan are inspirational.
Any additional comments?
This book has a lot of great information that supports making healthy change in your life whether you need to lose weight, improve gut health, or just want to make some generally healthy changes in your diet. The one draw back is that there are a ton of recipes in the book that I didn't need to have "read" to me. I think it would have been best to provide a supplemental download containing those recipes and just skip reading them.
