About this listen
A Woman's Journey to Freedom and Peace in the Face of Narcissistic Divorce - Your Comprehensive Co-parenting Agreement Roadmap!
Are you struggling to find your voice amidst the chaos of divorcing a narcissist? Do the constant battles, negotiations, and manipulations leave you drained? Are you overwhelmed by the thought of co-parenting with a narcissist?
You can escape the web of a narcissist, and you do not have to sacrifice your well-being for the sake of co-parenting. This starts with drafting a comprehensive co-parenting agreement, to provide a solid foundation for future interactions.
Author Daphne Rice knows personally how financially and emotionally draining it can be to seek modifications to the agreement, because either the original wording was vague, or an issue was not addressed. After years of hearing others lament that they wished they had worded their agreements differently, she set out to help women at the start of the process confront questions they previously would not have known to ask.
This book will cover:
Understanding Narcissistic Personality Disorder
Co-parenting versus Parallel parenting
Types of Gaslighting
How to handle an uncooperative co-parent and their sabotage tactics
The Gray Rock Method
You will also be taken through a detailed review of the elements of the co-parenting agreement, such as:
Custody (Physical and Legal)
Parenting Schedules and Right of First Refusal
Vacation time and protocols for international travel
Social Media and Cellphones
Introducing new significant others

Although clinical research has been conducted on narcissism as a disorder, less is known about its effects on victims who are in toxic relationships with partners with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Individuals with this disorder engage in chronic devaluation and manipulation of their partners, a psychological and emotional phenomenon known as "narcissistic abuse". Unfortunately, the full extent of what narcissistic abuse entails is not taught in any psychology class or diagnostic manual.

Amazing resource!
This book feels like a lifeline for women navigating the overwhelming challenges of divorcing and co-parenting with a narcissist. I remember watching a close friend struggle through the same battles—constant manipulation, draining arguments, and the feeling of never being heard. She would have loved having a resource like this at her side.
The author, Daphne Rice, offers not just practical advice, but personal insight into what it’s like to face these struggles head-on. I could feel her genuine desire to help others avoid the mistakes she and so many others have made. From understanding narcissistic behaviour to drafting a solid co-parenting agreement, this book gives clear, actionable steps. It’s like having someone hold your hand and guide you through the mess while reminding you that you can still find peace and protect your well-being.

Great Resource!!
To effectively cope with the difficult process of co-parenting with a narcissist, this book has proven invaluable. It gives clear tactics and helpful recommendations, such as the Gray Rock Method and how to deal with sabotage, which gave me a sense of increased empowerment. Co-parenting agreements' thorough analysis is often helpful, particularly when handling complicated custody disputes. I liked how the advice was formed by the author's personal experiences, which made it both applicable and perceptive. For anyone in a similar circumstance, it is an excellent resource.

A straight talk no nonsense guide.
I first bought this book in hard copy and quickly realized I need to also be able to listen to it on the go, especially because I’ll have to keep referring to it.
This book has reframed my thinking and helped me to see past the emotions and unfairness, to the practically of what needs to be done in the best interest of my children and for my own sanity.
This will for sure be my reference guide through this tedious and emotional divorce.

Thank You for This Book
I have been contemplating a divorce for awhile now, but making a relationship decision becomes so much more complex when kids are involved. I really appreciate the author for creating this helpful book because it helps you understand the divorce process better and she understands what it is like when you are in a relationship with a narcissist. Now that I am armed with more information I can make a more informed decision of my next steps and this book has helped me with that. Five stars, and will highly recommend.

Finding Peace After the Storm
Divorce is hard. Divorcing a narcissist can feel like a hurricane ripping through your life. This book by Daphne Rice, is a lifeline in that storm. It offers practical advice for creating a co-parenting agreement, but more importantly, it helps you heal and move forward. Chapter on Forgive Yourself and Grow really hit home for me. After the initial anger faded, I felt a wave of guilt. I blamed myself for not seeing the narcissist's true colors sooner. But this chapter reminded me that self-compassion is key. Now, I'm focusing on healing and creating a stable environment for my kids.
