Very informative and will listen to it again

This book was amazing. Taught, confirmed information I knew. Wanted download exercises but have to listen again with a notebook and a pen to take notes.

Great Book! Disappointed No Attachments As Mentioned!

I enjoyed this book, but was really looking forward to the worksheets and didn’t find them on the phone app or desktop version. M more or less summarized Joe D’s methodology, she did a good job with that.

No PDF attachment

This is a great book but does not have a PDF attached as the author mentions at the end of each chapter. You have to stop and write down what she says which is an inconvenience as I listen to it in the car on my way to work.

Did not include attachments

The content of this audio book has a value way above the price paid. However, the worksheets/diagrams were not attached. I will now begin the efforts of trying to get them from either Audible or the author. It's kind of a bummer after such a good book.

not what I expected

This is not as the title would suggest and it surely doesn't tell you how to negotiate with a high conflict person that won't agree to anything....the book speaks of it but fails to tell you how to do it. I'm very disappointed
