Fantastically Practical Book

In this book you learn the most effective forms of psycho-therapy that we have today. It is based in the general theory that: If we change the way we think or perceive the world around us, our emotions and conduct will follow. I love that notion, and see the causality between that theory, and it's indisputable results, in a wide variety of practitioners. This including Tony Robbins, Tom Bilyeu, Ryan Holiday, James Allen, Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, and so many others. If you have an interest in the brain, mindfulness, health, behaviour, psychology, perception or just life in general, i strongly recommend this book. Vertchu

The List of Therapies is What Made this Book Good!

This was an interesting book based on the variety of therapies listed.

My goal is to avoid therapy as I’ve already had my 6-month long session, but the ones based on past traumatic events and solutions for triggering events were interesting.

No real help.

the book just talks about the process that would be provided if you were to see someone. but provide absolutely no steps or tools to do on your own. Everything is covered in extremely high level
