Great book for passive Investors!!

This is an amazing book for anyone interested in passive side of investing in commercial Real Estate. Michael has done great job, keeping his focus on passive investors. He nicely explains structure of commercial Real Estate estate deals, then digs deeper in the following chapters on how to analyze deals. I really liked how he explains difference between cash on cash, vs average rate of return vs internal rate of return, and what should a passive investor focus on, depending on their personal goals of cash flow or net-worth building.

Mesmerizing

What a hit, this book gets your attention from beginning to end. The information on podcasts, books and taking action is sound advice for beginners and pros alike. But, what really gets you is the upbeat story line and all the mishaps that a newbie investor is bound to encounter.

Best real estate book

This is one of the best books I’ve listened to thus far. The content is fantastic and there’s so much to learn from the author. The story telling is wonderful and he does a great job of keeping your attention. The narrator’s voice is super easy to listen to. I would definitely recommend this book if you have any interest in larger apartment buildings or commercial real estate.

Perfect for Anyone needing that little push to get

This was just what I needed to do a sanity check on getting into commercial real estate investing. Michael is a great narrator and keeps your attention as he breaks down for the listener how to make what seems daunting accessible. Very practical information and you will leave with a plan.

Lots of good information with real life stories to illustrate them. Greatly appreciate the author took the time to add the attachments to a free website. This should be required of all audible books.

Just get it. Its worth it

Was leary as some of these audiobooks have too much fluff and not enough substance. This one has a wealth of information and is easy to follow and understand

Lots of golden nuggets!

I started the audible version. It isn’t the best use of my funds but I also like to listen a lot and this one is worth listening over and over again. Or listening to it for that matter! Now let’s get out there and CRUSH IT! 💥

Amazing
