Very detailed.
This is not your average, generalized/ hyped up commercial real estate investment book. He really goes into detail on almost every single aspect you need to know and understand to get started in CRE.

The Perfect Roadmap - life changing strategy
An absolute blessing to have come across this system by Mike Sowers. Mike lays it all out for you step by step with great detail from finding, analyzing, purchasing, stabilizing and exiting a property. He only wants to see you win and you can genuinely feel that throughout the book. I especially appreciate the details on how to analyze the financials and formulas while he provides the resources and excels to make it all clear and POSSIBLE! Big thank you for this life-changing book. We are a large commercial studio in Atlanta (Bravo Ocean Studios) that is looking for a new building to call our own.
