Publisher's summary

After overcoming the assault in Eternal Dominion by Abysses End's members, Alex/Xeal and his friend have shown that they can stand firm. Now they must navigate Abysses End's advances in reality without isolating themselves from the entirety of the VR gamming workshop community. While the nobles of Nium have begun to take a vested interest in Alex's/Xeal's progress. Will Alex/Xeal and his friends be able to navigate these diplomatic situations or will they find themselves dancing to the tune of others.

As a fair warning, this book contains a harem element and will establish what I consider its core four. For any worried about it moving forward, this book will be by far the heaviest in that aspect, and the following books will still progress the subplot but have far less of it overall.

Two major things to be clear about:

  • One, I do not write smut scenes. You will know it happens, but details are left almost completely out of the book.
  • Two, each and every woman who will be added to the story has a purpose for the long term of the story, even if it is not clear right away, and not all who appear to be joining the harem will be.

Thank you all for giving Eternal Dominion a chance even if you didn’t like it. As a new author, it really mean a lot to see so many giving me a chance.

Good but Short

So far I am enjoying this series vary much. Normally I am not a fan of books that have harems in them but for some reason this time it doesn't bother me that much its far from my favorite part of the book but i am ok with it. But my one complaint though is every book in the series is very shot witch is a little annoying but on the other hand it makes me want to read the next one.

Excellent!

Both the story and narrator’s performance are immensely enjoyable. Every book gets a bit better and I’m excited to see where the story takes us. The small vignettes at the end are great fun as well.

good story

I enjoyed the book but it was a little short I wish that you could go two or three books together to make it like 15 hours instead of 5 hours but all in all I enjoyed it

Bait and Switch!!!

This story has completely taken a 180 degree turn from the original book. It's now become a harem fantasy and a pretty cringy one at that. Book 1 was a great, a setup for a great revenge story. Now it's about the mc building a harem because all the girls just cant stom throwing themselves at him. kinda feels like the author has some kind of perverted fantasy. It literally feels like 90% of this book was about the MC's struggling with his romantic love life. I would never have started this series if I knew this was where the story was going to end up. Screw this perverted author and there weird sex fantasy. What a joke!!!!!

Conflicted.

While i did enjoy this book and will most likely get the next one in the series the story has completely lost it's direction.

The game has completely been thrown to the sidelines to all the harem "romance" drama. Worse than that it's mostly just the downsides of a harem while the upsides are glanced over.

It's ridiculous that the mc is supposedly still leading the pack while wasting all the time doing nothing of value,

I don't know why i like this book it's kinda bad tbh.

How to ruin a story in few hours

It's honestly impressive how much of a genuine shitshow this story became in the few scant hours it lasts.

I am not exaggerating when I say 75% of this book is harem relationship drama garbage.

Normally in this kind of story, that kind of thing takes up maybe ten percent of the book, with the rest of the time you can just ignore it and act like they're all just companions.

Not here. This is a harem drama with a side of politics and VRMMO.

It's not even *good* at that.

Also, when his own mother straight up blackmailed him into making him employ his parents unopposed, this once promising story with too short instalments died for me.

As I said earlier. Hot. Garbage.

I would have rated the last book a 3.5 or 4. To go from that to outright contempt in literally a few hours would be impressive if it didn't cost me a credit.

I'll never read anything from this author again.
