Very calming
It's very calming and soothing for expecting mothers. positive affirmations is what's needed for a time while pregnant and right before delivering since it's an exciting and scary process at the same time. however hearing this audiobook can help expecting mothers relax. recommend it!

Very Helpful
My pregnant wife has been listening to this audiobook often and it has been helping her stay calm and strong during pregnancy. Funny enough, since she listens to it so often when I am present, I have also become more calm listening to her bond with our baby in her belly. I didn't expect that to happen haha! Highly recommended for pregnant women and their hubby.

Great for anxiety during pregnancy
This book helped me to breathe and to not feel so anxious. I am a pregnant woman who has had a hard time enjoying my pregnancy because of fear. This book gave me facts and reassurances. I now have the coping skills and knowledge that I need to enjoy the remainder of my pregnancy.

Wonderful listening resource
This audiobook “Daily Affirmations for a Positive Pregnancy and Birth: Achieve Calm and Inner Strength as You Bond with Your Baby and Prepare for a Relaxing Birth Experience” is good for its calming, meditative experience. With this audiobook I find it to be a great meditation resource for expectant moms. Recommended listen.
