Very Helpful
My pregnant wife has been listening to this audiobook often and it has been helping her stay calm and strong during pregnancy. Funny enough, since she listens to it so often when I am present, I have also become more calm listening to her bond with our baby in her belly. I didn't expect that to happen haha! Highly recommended for pregnant women and their hubby.

This book helped me to breathe and to not feel so anxious. I am a pregnant woman who has had a hard time enjoying my pregnancy because of fear. This book gave me facts and reassurances. I now have the coping skills and knowledge that I need to enjoy the remainder of my pregnancy.

Wonderful listening resource
