Great!
This is a great affirmations book for anyone with diabetes.
As a nurse, I know that mind over matter is important for those with diabetes. It's hard work fighting this disease that makes you hungry, crave sugars and gives you mood swings. Sticking to the diabetic diet is only one of the challenges that this book can help a diabetic with.
What I like about this book is that many of these affirmations can also apply to those without diabetes as well.
If you love affirmations, or want to give yourself some encouragement and compassion, then get this uplifting audiobook. I got it for my diabetic husband.

This is a quick read to put individuals experiencing diabetes to be in a positive headspace and strive to overcome their diabetes. Get in the right headspace for healing
You wouldn't think it but your beliefs are half the battle when dealing with an illness, not just diabetes. This book has affirmations that are so well thought out that they target areas that we tend to have negative beliefs about. These affirmations will help you stay calm, optimistic and feel a sense of control and everyone who's had this struggle knows how important those things are.
