While this novel may primarily resonate with a specific audience, it has the potential to transcend boundaries and reach a wider group. It is my hope that this story profoundly impacts those outside its usual sphere, helping them understand the significant consequences of their choices. Thankfully, the novel conveys a powerful message: no matter where you are or what choices you've made, God's grace can transform everything. This transformation is possible as long as one allows it.

Even though the story is fiction- it’s represents the world we are living in.
Kept me fully engaged until the end.

Man is born in iniquity. All people have utterly failed to obey the law of God. You know it. But God, our Creator, (the creation screams Creator), being rich in mercy sent His only begotten Son. Turn from your idols, the things you worship that never pay out what they promise (success, money, relationships, sex, sports) and trust in the substitutionary death of God Himself, Jesus Christ. You are so sinful, blind and lost the perfect Son of God had to die to pay for you (God is a just judge, just like a just judge in our courts, criminals cant be freed without proper payment), but you are so Loved that He joyfully paid for you, and adopts you as a Child, and secures you forever!

In a time of so much division in our world I so enjoyed how these 3 friends kept in touch despite vocational, political and religious differences

It’s so heartbreaking to hear about Doc’s rejection of an eternal invitation and refusing to even give it a chance

This will keep you on the edge of your seat with such an unexpected plot twist

A Must hear murder mystery with eternal impact

I enjoyed the story. It has some unexpected twist. It wasn’t too preachy like some Christian stories can be. The narration wasn’t my favorite.

Great unexpected twist.

My favorite Randy Alcorn work - mixing spiritual truth and reality with a remarkable fiction story-line. Frank Muller does his amazing narration and flawless performance to bring this book and all the characters to life.

Excellent story and narrator

This was a beautiful story that brought to the front that our choices have very far reaching consequences or blessings - and how I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to go where Doc went!!!

Absolutely lovely

Randy doesn’t disappoint again. Highly recommend this book. It has a few more adult themes so recommend for 15 and older at least possibly 17+.
