Anita Moorjani had lymphoma, which had spread throughout her body, and her organs were beginning to shut down. As she slipped into a coma, doctors were resigned to the fact that she was in her last hours of life. Yet Anita experienced what has been termed a near-death experience (NDE), and within 24 hours of coming out of the coma, she had a newfound knowing about her own life. Wonderful Meditation

The BEST healing meditation audio
This meditation audiobook is a Godsend. This listener is not dealing with specific physical health challenges in any way close to what inspired Anita Moorjani to create this, but I do have challenges in the area of Sleep.
This...THIS... offering from Audible narrated by herself the author, and the inspiration to believe what she is saying can be found in her other books ... this is my go to listen every night. Several times a night in fact. You do not have to stay awake and there is outright encouragement to relax so totally and completely and to let go of the multitude of thoughts that anyone who cannot sleep would be familiar with. I mean, if you can’t sleep and you are the only one awake, passing the time thinking to yourself is kind of a fall back when nothing else works anyway.
Now I put in my headphones and start up chapter 2 and by a few minutes in I am out fast asleep. It works for me every time. I don’t really know what else is said beyond “you don’t need to try to stay awake”. But I know whatever she is saying, it will be good for my sleeping brain to hear it.
PS Also read - listen to - her book Dying To Be Me as well. I love hearing her voice guide this meditation, having listened absolutely enthralled to her full story in that book.

Love it!
I have listened to it several times a week for several months and still love it. My favorite of all my guided meditations. It is not a smooth, polished meditation. The recording is a real person with a genuine quality about her, which I prefer over polished.
