Worked in Menopause

I tried this lifestyle and it worked even though I'm over 50, in menopause and have a sedentary job. Lost 30 pounds to START my journey. I only gained some back when I disregarded the program mentally. I'm back on the self and coach counseling and haven't gained weight since. What's better is that I feel better, have more energy, and have better attitude daily. I have the control to choose wisely. Just need to choose wisely every day.

Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Healthy Finances

Dr. A really understands the life struggles we all face. He boldly describes them in detail, explains why we react the way we do, then shows us how to confront these challenges with healthy habits.

Optimal Health

Great information and tips for optimizing health. I will incorporate a lot of this in my life with better balance. Narrator sounded canned. I listen to a lot of audible books. Did not care for the narration at all.
