Excellent info and motivation

My degree is in nutrition and I'm always looking for good resources and approaches to better health. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their own health and the health of their family.
My only complaint was that the narrator mispronounced a few words and the editors never caught it. But, don't let that dissuade you from this excellent resource.

Interesting but predictable

A good introduction into a healthy lifestyle but not the best one out there. Narrator Frequently mispronounces medical jargon which doesn’t help the story

Charts and tables don't work in audio

I found myself skipping large chunks of this book where the author wanted readers to draw a chart or write down a recipe. Such material doesn't work in audio. A PDF supplement should have been provided with the charts, graphs, and recipes.

I would recommend skipping this one -- the basic material is good but not particularly new or fresh. I liked the case studies, but those were few and far between.
