This audiobook does a great job of explaining the different types of attachment that there are and how tackle each one. It states that the attachment style is rooted in childhood experience or a type of trauma that played a tole in on feeling insecure.
A strong, secure and consistent bond helps a child grow up into a secure adults the absence of this is created to opposite. This bool make it clear that we influence or children or family members more than we know. Some of the suggestions offered to help you code with attachment styles are: journaling, setting boundaries and grdualy exploring your behavior in order to create change.
