Brilliant!
I am new to the idea that I have this (imagine😊)
The author was able to introduce me to what it is, how it works and manifests in relation to so much more than what’s on the surface, I will definitely read this again once the volume of information has had a while to digest. I’m particularly looking forward to seeing myself in these situations and not feeling helpless as to how to stop this very self destructive behaviour. I thank you for your work in providing more than just a skin deep description to me🙏
