Helped motivate me

I’m no beginner when it comes to diet and exercise. I have done research for years and been working out consistently for over 14 years. This book made it simple and clear. I’ve tried everything from keto to Paleo to carnivore to pills to 1200 cal a day etc. nothing has worked because i was never consistent! I’m Going to implement a straight forward weekly calorie deficit and more strength training and I’m confident i will be able to lose the fat I’ve been trying to lose for 12 years. So excited for this new journey!

great straightforward advice

I’ve followed along with Jordan Syatt on social media for years and have been a member of his inner circle from the beginning andci have alway enjoyed his content. I was excited to buy this book and I am glad I did. I feel like the approach this book takes is so straight forward and realistic. The truth of sustainable fat loss is “unsexy,” (as the authors will tell you) but it is a simple concept. I’d encourage everyone to read this book and throw out the notions that you have to be on some special diet to reach your goals.

LOVE!

Makes perfect sense; easy to relate and understand. Would recommend to anyone who wants to loss weight.

Only have one complaint.

I wish Jordan would respond to questions on IG. I have been following him for a couple of years. It would be nice if he could answer my questions about Inner Cycle and how to maintain after weight loss.

Maybe sequel book? Now you Ate it, here’s how to maintain 🤷‍♀️

Overall please with info, listened, took notes, and finished in day and a half. Lots of great knowledge that you can completely relate to.

Helpful

Before listening to this book, I was overthinking weight loss. The book made it easier to understand and easy to implement strategies. I especially enjoyed the marking a calendar to keep yourself accountable 80% of the time.

Wonderful

Jordan is a top notch fitness coach. I’ve had the wonderful opportunity of being in his inner circle before and have been on his podcast. He is the real deal and really cares. His teachings changed my life- no joke. So when the book came out, I had to get it. He is solid. His science based approach is simple, not easy but it is not complicated and puts things in to focus so you can really see the truth from fad diets. I will recommend this book to ANYONE na everyone wanting to lose Body fat. This is it. This is the book. Will be recommending to clients as well.

Real and Sustainable information

I have followed Jordan for the last couple of years and he and Michael do not disappoint. Even though I have followed him and I'm very knowledgeable about what I need to do, this is a must read for anyone. It is very real, no BS, about how to lose weight and have a healthy relationship with food

This is an easy listen jammed with easy to apply information!

I have been following Jordan on Instagram for about a year. His personality and no BS approach made me want to read his book. He has made weight loss and nutrition easy to understand and provided easy to apply techniques. I really enjoyed listening to this book!
