Very well written, short and sweet. I wish modern medical science learn something from this and recognize the contribution of breath to good health.

Though I knew many of these principles of universal law, trhe love you give away is the love you keep, love and re giving, that a touch communicates your energy with somebody else's and heals, wonderful concepts. This book put it all-in-one place in one person's life with such love and giving that I felt I'd known him and now would want to be an osteopathic physician though I'm a little long in the tooth. I I recommend this book to all interested and healing themselves, and others, and the planet.

Absolutely phenomenal book. The only downside to this recording, is the fact that it’s the abridged version. I was listening to this on drives and reading the physical book during my downtime and noticed there are sections missing from this audiobook. A little disappointing there, as I had to go back and fill in the gaps with the physical book, but otherwise fantastic
