I found this book to intertwine three topics in one great book. How to goals set/find motivation, how to communicate, and what is the real purpose of sales. Sales should be the avenue to help people. Combining your "why" with the needs of the customer will create a win win. This book explains how to find your motivation, identify the needs of the customers, and sale with a high moral standard.
