What a great book!

- What a great book!  It's a detailed manual on how to do an executive search.
- It breaks all the roles down into bite-sized chunks.
- It goes deep into interviewing, networking, job descriptions & so much more!
- It appreciates the nuance of dealing with people and egos & has great insight into the work we do every day.
- I highly recommend this book!
Well Done David & Mark!

Basic. Poor material

there was plenty of decent information from the perspective of recruiter searching for candidates. it was rather basic but to be expected in a dummy book. there was almost zero information regarding landing new clients. in fact there was significantly more information regarding how to interview from a job Seekers perspective than there was on the sales side of running a full desk recruiting. The one aspect of recruiting for which I purchased this book. I am terribly disappointed
