meditations are at the beginning of each chapter and there seems to be quite fluid transitions to the different concepts the book covers.

It sounds like rats or a person are gnawing through hard food throughout which adds a big challenge to trying to meditate.

Russian roulette for meditations since there are only chapter numbers and each meditation begins the same way with no introduction as to which meditation it is. Very unhelpful, defeating the purpose of mindfulness. The actual meditations are fine, sometimes the pauses are a bit long, but that's fairly common for guided recorded meditations. You'd be better off getting a hard copy, maybe that would have a track list on the back. Or just buy individual copies of the meditations, then you'll know which is which.
