About this listen

Archdruid Owen Kennedy and his sloth, Slomo, are off to see the world when Coriander, Herald Extraordinary of the First among the Fae, interrupts to ask for the tiny favor of solving a supernatural murder. That sets the pair off on a trail that leads from Granada, Spain, to London, England and then to Austin, Texas. Owen and Slomo will have to outwit an Irish goddess of wisdom, some nasty spriggans, and streak across the Kew Gardens to find the culprit. They're going to see the world after all - just not the way they thought.

This collection also includes other Iron Druid stories. "The Chapel Perilous" has long been a reader favorite and is finally recorded here by Luke Daniels for the first time. "The Naughtiest Cherub" is narrated by Loki and takes place directly before the events of Scourged, Book 9. "The Waters" is narrated by Granuaile and takes place after the events of Scourged. And "Friendly Emily" is a piece of science fiction that appeared in Fireside magazine.

Thank you Mr Hearne, for another addition in this story series. I love the rich characters that you have developed, the wonderful storylines you have, and I hang on with hope and optimism that a series of stories will come to your mind the ones fire Atticus to grow a new arm and go on Further Adventures.

As always, Luke Daniels delivers a stellar performance in a wonderful series of tales that every Iron Druid fan should add to their Library. Happy listening to all!

There can never be enough of The Iron Druid series

Loved finally hearing Chapel Perilous and more adventures of Slomo and Owen. The best surprise was Friendly Emily and I would love to hear/read more stories of the kind.

Loved the Slo-Mo story. Love Luke Daniels narration. But damn, Kevin, back off a bit with the heavy handed environmentalism. I read fantasy fiction to escape reality not be hit over the head with it. Skipped the last 2 stories after the first minute or so. Bummed.

Too preachy even for this liberal

I love This authors work. Fantastic use of words and knowledge of mythology and “Gods”. I look forward to many more great tales The narrator is absolutely amazing . Please keep writing about Slomo et all. Thanks so very much!!

Wonderful stories

if you like/love The Iron Druid Chronicles for anything other than the excellently detailed fight sequences, then you understand the importance of The Earth, aka Gaia, and admire the purpose and dedication of the Druids to protect it while enjoying it's vast power. I happen to agree that as its top predator, Humans have done and continue to abuse it's nature and resources, with little thought for future generations. Right on Kevin!! Also appreciate the opportunity to view the world from the view of a sloth, a creature I have never encountered. These slothian encounters are evidence of true creative genius!!

Good stories---nice mix!!

with a little bit of seriousness. Love Slo MO almost as much as Oberon and Orlath. Now I am more interested in Ink and Sigil. Kevin, it's true, Country Music will never stop in Texas.

just plain fun
