I honestly loved it. i havent had children yet so the topic of postpartum was a little long for me. but as a woman I was still able to find some insight.

nice reminder to be kind to yourself

short motivational book to drop the judgement, love yourself and go after your goals. appreciated the section on motherhood especially in the fragile early days and the kindness we would like to be shown. we can give that to ourselves as well.

it help me changed my perspective on working out

the last few mins about a letter to ones body very powerful. I cried. it certainly change the way I enter a gym now

Amazing

I felt as if she was writing from inside my brain. Everything she described is exactly how I feel about myself/working out. She gave me the confidence I need to get my butt back into the gym and stop worrying about anyone but ME!

Meg shared her journey not only through power lifting but the daily struggles many women are faced with. Thank you for being open about this and sharing your story. I do wish it was narrated by Megan but the performance was still great.
