Story
The sad part is that there are a lot of weight loss programs on the market that have been hyped so much, but many of those who have used them find that they do not work. Many who had tried these hyped materials later tried hypnosis programs when they were on the verge of giving up and got excellent results. I believe you can achieve this if you follow the exact methods that are described in Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis.

Story
Overeaters have a six fold increase in mortality rates, according to NEDA. We won’t let you be a statistic. NEDAs stats say you have up to a six times higher chance of dying depending on your condition as well as a host of other potential health issues such as diabetes, kidney failure, and sleep apnea, where you potentially fall asleep and stop breathing. I’m not writing this to scare. I’m writing this to let you know that there is a better way. That by listening to this you’re taking the first step.

Story
Intuitive eating is a new way of life. It doesn’t begin with a list of rules, restrictions, and guides to follow. Nor does it require you to stock up on a new group of supplements, specific food items, or "lose weight quick" guides. The psychological impact of intuitive eating is powerful. It aims to remove the barriers of foods you eat versus foods you are not permitted to have and puts the decision-making in your mind and body.

Story
Don’t allow binge eating to control your life: The key to food freedom may not be what you think. We all occasionally overeat an extra helping of dessert or a second serving of a holiday meal, but there is a difference between overeating and binge eating. People who struggle with binge eating often consume large quantities of food to the point of feeling overly full, eat a lot without feeling hungry, feel a lack of control, and they become trapped by cycles of bingeing that undermine their health and weight loss goals.

Instead, we give you clear, practical steps to remove your primal hunger, stop bingeing and purging, relearn normal eating, and overcome bulimia for life. You can recover. There is a way.

Story
It's not you; it's your schedule. Does it sound like magic? It's not. We've all heard of circadian rhythms - those biological processes that give us jet lag and make us night owls or early birds. But few of us know just how profoundly these diurnal patterns affect our overall health. Bad habits - like skipping meals, squeezing in workouts, working late into the night and then trying to catch up on sleep during the weekend - disrupt our natural cycles. A growing body of research on chronobiology reveals just how sensitive the human body is to these rhythms all the way down to the genetic level.

Worthless
Do not waste a credit on this. You can find more, and better, information for free by just searching “Night Eating Syndrome” on the internet. This is nothing more than a bunch of common knowledge, such as melatonin is good for sleep, but adds nothing more insightful or helpful. An absurd amount of time is taken up with a simple 5 or so question questionnaire which you are supposed to take every day for 2 weeks. To fill the time It repeats the questionnaire 14 times in a row! Do not waste your time or a credit on this one.
