I did get a few ah ha moments
I did get a few ah ha moments. A lot of stories which makes it easy to listen to, however very few easy to understand tools to put to use right away. I am glad I listened to it. Definitely worth while.

Would you consider the audio edition of Free Yourself From Fears with NLP to be better than the print version?
It's even. You can work out of the book easier.
What other book might you compare Free Yourself From Fears with NLP to and why?
There are many dealing with nerve issues. Monica Frank (not on audio) is very good. Claire Weekes is outstanding.
