Useful information starts at 14th out of 19 chapter. I didn't like the narrator, because it sounded a bit false and robotic to me.

Came for the material, stay for the narrator. Such great content performed amazingly by such a great voice that is calm and peaceful. Lots of insights on life changing frameworks to help us from downplaying achievements and overanalyzing mistakes. I found particularly interesting the section on the Dunning–Kruger effect. Overall, great book. Would recommend.
