Wonderful book! Definitely a recommend red!

This book has the paths clearly laid out.
I appreciate the pitfalls included that also may occur in given situations.
The choices that are included( one size doesn’t fit all).
The encouragement to look back and appreciate how far you’ve come.
Over all, it has motivated me to take charge and drive my own darn bus. A+++

A must read!

I've been following Julia on her YouTube channel and have found her videos to be so helpful in dealing with my day to day challenges and anxieties and thoughts. So I was super excited to hear that she's publishing a book, and I was right, this is such a great resource for us all. No bullshit, straight up genuine advice and messages. It's a book I'll definitely be reading/listening to from time to time even if I've finished it in one go.

Drive Your Own Darn Bus is filled with truth

Julia has really poured herself into this thoughtful no nonsense way of helping to assess how we see ourselves and the world. Her realistic approach is freeing and doable fir anyone who reads this book.

Best Self-Help Book Ever!!!!

Easy Read. Julia is very good at what she does. This book is evidence of that. Already a changed woman from reading it only once! But will read it again to go back and do the exercises. Excellent work Julia!!!

This book was EXACTLY what I needed to get unstuck!

This book describes us- our brains-and why we think, feel, and do the unhelpful things we do. But the best part is Julia gives real-life helpful exercises that truly work. I’ve read Drive Your Own Darn Bus twice already and have recommended it to many people I care about.

Julia Knocks it Out of the Park!

This book is a gift to those who need to learn about courage, vulnerability, and self compassion. I liked how little shifts make noticeable changes. Fan of her YouTube channel as well. Great information!

I highly recommend this book and the
Audible book written and narrated by Julia Kristina. As a vet with ptsd this book has helped me navigate my life better. It’s comprehensive and concise.

Pleasurable Replay

Loved hearing a clear concise display of the honest process of being human. Played audio book twice while in the zone of grooming doggies. I often found myself rewinding 30 seconds to rehear phrases that resonated deeply and nodding my head in humoruos agreement. Will be purchasing a physical copy to place personal notes beside Julia's palpable words. The quality of her eloquently spoken audio book has her voice in my mind to enjoy for the read to be.
