My husband and I have been struggling at home with our two boys for months. Punishments, bribes, and yelling have done nothing to ease the daily struggle to get them to behave and do what they’re supposed to. I realized we needed to change our approach to parenting and began looking for any resource that could help. I am so glad I came across this audiobook! I’ve learned so much about why my kids are acting out and strategies to get them back on track while creating a peaceful home. My favorite part of this book is the section on managing your own emotions as a parent and not being triggered and making things worse. I feel prepared to make changes in my parenting and look forward to implementing the compassionate, well-researched advice in this book.

An excellent resource for fed-up parents!
