Enjoyed it from start to finish!
This workbook is awesome. It will definitely help teens to improve their confidence and start loving themselves. Sometimes anxiety can get the most of us but by working on the activies in this workbook it will help you conquer fear which is one of the main reason we do or don't do things in life so its time to get over this. I would recommend this book for parents of teens and teens who want to improve their lives!

Amazing book for teens!
This audiobook is an amazing resource for teens to have in their toolbox if anxiety ever becomes a problem. More than ever teens are bombarded with social media messages of what to look like, act like and behave like. This audiobook will give you tools that will work on mindfulness and improve an anxiety and stress of social pressures. Easy to listen, the narration was superb. Highly recommend!

The best workbook out there!
I wish I had this much information and access to books as a teen nowadays. This is incredible information that every teen and teen parent needs to listen to. Practical and easy steps to follow and manage stress and or anxiety. It gives you great resources on how to handle situations, gives you a sense of control of your emotions, and really dives deep into how to do that. I enjoyed this book more than I thought 10/10 recommend.

Powerful information not taught in school
My daughter is getting older and as a growing person she has been stressed lately, As a parent the only thing you want to do in this situation is help your child. I was confused to where to turn to for help but then I came across this title and I honestly wish I had this book as a teen. Me and my daughter loved that there are techniques in this book that you can practice everyday for a better mindset and mental health. My daughter is ready to improve her social skills and combat her social anxiety after listening to this book lastly I even learned some things as an adult from listening with her.

Empowering for teens!
This audiobook is amazing for teenagers. It is hard to find a teen today that does not struggle from social anxiety. If you are the parent of a teen, I'd strongly recommend you purchase this book. The author did an incredible job in providing easy-to-follow exercises your teen can use to work on daily mindfulness, reduce stress and boost self-esteem and confidence. Also, the book is very well structured and easy to listen to.

Much Needed For All Teens!
I would absolutely recommend this book for all teens and worried parents. This book provides well researched information on social anxiety and has very useful worksheets to help.
The applications in this book are simple strategies for teens to use to help change negative thought patterns, create a new awareness of how they think, and help cope with anxiety.
This is a fantastic book that will help alot of people!

Quick and helpful
This was a solid workbook. Bonus, when you buy the audiobook, the author gives you a free PDF copy which is super helpful for some of the activities. I liked that the lessons/activities were short. Most teens don't want to sit through a long exercise. Very helpful in reducing stress and raise confidence.
