Applicable even for beginners, insightful for all

Game On brings the listener/reader across a journey of appreciating not just the type of gamifications, game mechanics and tools, but even more important, actual blueprints of practical applications of organization behavior gamification. In no way manipulative. You can view it more as using gamification to communicate the commitment of the leadership towards the culture they wish to build. The book is practical for beginners to experts in gamificatiom and work processes.
