Lots of great tips, good teaching technique
Ciara has an excellent method for reinforcing lessons, and uses good data from good sources. She did her research and it shows. She organized the lectures really effectively, which isn't surprising since she's an expert in organization. I was enjoy it when teachers "show" as well as tell.
