I must begin by saying that I love every single thing about this book. It was so inspirational and encouraging and I will definitely continue to listen to this periodically in order to encourage and remind myself of what’s most important in life.

The author encourages us to especially encourage one another as women, because there seems to be a disparaging number of women who feel like there is not enough room in this universe for everyone to shine. That is such a big misconception, and the author encourages us to understand that a win for one is a win for all. We have to begin to see ourselves as a collective unit in order to progress in ways that we could never imagine.

The author is so very courageous, and I enjoyed hearing her tell her backstory about being a stay at home mom —turned school counselor —turned prolific author! This was so encouraging and inspiring and I love the fact that her family is completely on board with all of her beautiful decisions.

I especially loved the visual that I received while the author encouraged us to be with the nature and appreciate and be grateful to God and the universe for all of our blessings. There was a statement that even if we go lay under a tree, this would allow us to feel one with the earth and just continue on a path of gratitude, knowing that we’re all a part of one collective conscious and unconscious.

Although people may not comment on this section, I truly enjoyed the acknowledgment section. The author spoke about her husband and mentioned that he was the best gift the universe has given her— as her biggest cheerleader…even making sure her phone was on do not disturb so that she could continue her writing and fulfill her destiny in helping other women achieve and succeed. This was so very beautiful and touching.

I highly recommend this book for everyone, not only women. There’s so much information that can benefit everyone from the youngest to the oldest— no matter what race, gender, ethnicity, or religion. This book is for everyone! Two thumbs up.

This book is really really well done. The content is right on target and enhanced by the author’s personal stories. The author provides useful insight and tools regarding the types of fear that infest your life and how to overcome. I highly recommend this book and will share with friends.

I love this book! I enjoy that the author leaves these complex concepts simple and understandable. The suggestions are realistic and attainable, and it feels like you are getting life advice from a good friend. I also found this book to be a guide to self-confidence and self-love. Full of thought-provoking personal stories, quotes, historical insights, and more that pull you in and have you nodding your head in agreement and understanding. Practical tips and resources are given in an anecdotal way that is easy to follow. It was a great read and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

This book is fantastic in every way! It's highly motivating and has a message that everyone can understand. The author stresses the value of collaborative progress and encourages women to help one another. Her life story and the love of her family are incredibly motivating. The book makes a strong case for thankfulness and a close relationship with nature. The acknowledgments are heartfelt, especially the author's husband's steadfast support. Everyone should read this book, as it includes insightful information for all. It truly is a jewel!

How to deal with racing thoughts that might lead to disorientation and restless nights is thoroughly covered in this book. I adore all the helpful advice the author offers to soothe the mind. I only recently began meditating, and it's been incredibly difficult for me to keep my mind from continuously straying. I've already seen results from using the first set of strategies in this book, so it's wonderful.
Making decisions can be really difficult for me since I tend to overthink things and occasionally analyze comments or other people's opinions too much. Every type of issue, including stress, anxiety, overthinking, and procrastination, has solutions in this book. If you want to eliminate all of your internal negative thinking and begin.

I enjoy while listening to this audiobook! Everything was absolutely right, I can relate it. This is a great book and can play a role as a counselor for youth to adults. No matter if it's for male or female.

Sometimes we think that we don't feel the need for motivation from anyone but when we get the opportunity to take inspiration from someone then we realize that it is important for us.

This book is really good and I recommend this book to all.
