Often, I listen to this ‘included with membership audible selection’ when I want to tune out, settle in and go to sleep. Without fail it is successful- every single time. I fall asleep so quickly and soundly, I don’t think I have ever stayed awake all the way through. It’s an amazing experience. I’m grateful to have this available. It’s a soundscape of wonder and depth taking you far within yourself to reveal your core being, your own natures’ essence. It’s beautiful and grounding- it’s as if a meteor shower had sound fading into the dark recesses of night.

Awesome background noise for meditating. It’s not narrated but nowhere does it advertise that lol, it’s meant to help you wind down and relax. Really soothing, the sound helps you center yourself quickly and detach.

It's definitely not for everyone, but the resonant times and lack of melody really allowed by mind to empty. The expertise is sort of like waves on the shore, but gongs.

Didn't know if this would help with sleep as I didn't find the initial sounds so soothing. However, it was somewhat soothing indeed. Maybe the initial introduction can be removed and it might be better. Liked another sound bath or two by Sara Auster a little better to this one though this might be nice for occasional listening.
