The audiobook is Self-explanatory
I think this voice book is a better self-help book. The narrator explains obstacles we can overcome as well as case studies he has known in his practice. This audiobook's speeches are wonderful and included too much information. I am happy to pursue this guidebook. Moreover thanks to the author. Recommended for anyone with self-esteem, anxiety, worry, shyness etc issues.

"Changed my view of myself completely. "
This book helped me so much. I even gave it as a gift to a depressed relative. I used this while seeing a therapist, who told me that using this type of workbook without professional guidance can be tricky. Her help was a bonus, but the book is good on its own. I found this book a great guide to both looking at what we say to ourselves we need to change and guidance on what we need to say and think to bring us to where we need to be. I Highly recommend this audiobook. Even for those of us who have pretty good self-confidence, this book will help with guidance and exercises for those stubborn areas that still make us doubt ourselves.
