One of Mindfulness Training's best audio books
Guided Meditation for manifesting abundance and thinking positive is one of Mindfulness Training's best audio books in part because of the length. The narrator's voice and pacing are hypnotic, so, beware - it's easy to fall asleep while listening to this. Of course they advise that you listen to the book in an upright seated position to avoid such an issue. It's got the right balance of background music and positive affirmations to leave you feeling relaxed and more peaceful after listening to it. The price of this audio book is competitive as well; it seems to be priced a bit lower than most of it's competitors making it a solid purchase if you're seeking a new audio book in this genre. Excellent Meditation
This meditation I've done a few times and I love it. The last time, I was so relaxed I fell asleep and woke up feeling very good and rested. It's amazing what these can do for you. I think they do have great health qualities. Love these and highly recommended.
The voice guide is wonderful with a soothing voice. She speaks clearly with a perfect tone. She's great to listen to.

Manifesting Abundance & Thinking Positive
What a relaxing listen, not sure if it was ideal to listen just before going to bed but the narrator has the most soothing voice I`ve ever heard.
As it was my first time listening and I did fall asleep I can only imagine and hope that it all seeped in while I had the most amazing sleep.
I may make this a nightly listen, give it a listen what do you have to lose.

Longer bundle means no waking up when it ends
If you've ever wished these would last longer so you can fall asleep listening and wake up in a good frame of mind, this is the purchase for you!
I freely admit I'm becoming a fan of Mindfulness Training recordings as they do the job. Some make great office stress breaks and others are fabulous when you're trying to sleep in a strange hotel room at a convention.
This bundle is the perfect length for listening in bed at night. No popping back awake to a louder "This is Audible" (Like you're going to forget) just as you were drifting off to sleep and wishing there was a way to cue up another. I wake up in a good mood, ready to face the day and in the right mind set to march into the office and be my best.
Still early days on the Abundance, but I give it an A+ on Thinking Positive. I'm definitely in a good frame of mind when I hit work in the mornings. I really hope Mindfulness Training bundles more of their audio books. The chapter breaks are there if you want to pick and choose and there's always the sleep timer if you don't want longer. This is exactly what I've wished for.
Anyway, I'm a happy customer. If you've wanted to try any of these, this is a good one to start with.
