I had a bit of a problem with the narrator. I kept wondering if it was a computerized voice.
My interest in the subject carried me through. This is really good to know if you want to stay healthy.
Where I live there are few doctors, not to mention good ones. I think I need to learn how to stay healthy on my own and following the author's recommendations is a fairly easy way to do that.

Overall, this type of book does not translate very well into an audio book so I strongly recommend purchasing the book or borrow one from your local library.
