Excellent book! Health, Food, and Disease
This book explains why so many people struggle with many health problems, including a major contributor to pain.
Dr. Osborne specializes in nutrition and functional medicine. This is a markedly different approach that helps people get better. It's a small growing movement in real health care not based on 5 minute dr visits followed by 3 prescriptions and a see you later.
Recovering health requires some changes to lifestyle including diet, but it's worth the effort and just might end up saving your life... certainly it will have a good chance of improving your health, pain, energy, and mood.

It caused me to want to cry as I see how we have been so deceived about the dangers cause to our bodies while "thinking" we are eating nutritional foods. Changed my life!

Nutrition is key and how you obtain it needs a REALLY CLOSER LOOK.....Beware of labels and lies and formally inherited belief systems!! Dr. Osborne really cares about his patients! Trust me ! He is now my husbands doctor and has helped him in a few weeks like no one did for his diseases gone cronic over past 3 years. We finally have renewed hope of complete recovery!!

Besides going grain free, the restrictions put on a person to follow this program don't seem humanly possible in my view...Dairy free, totally organic, no plastic packaging, no eating out at restaurants, and needing a degree in chemistry to determine if my supplements and vitamins have whey or wheat in them...Either I'm lazy or I'm not in enough pain....

Fresh, straight up, truth of chronic conditions!
I truly appreciate when a Doctor gives me advice and educates me with his knowledge.
