Recommended.

One of the best audio books I have listened on the basics of Happiness for Beginners. The process to follow is clearly laid out and easy to follow with variations included that fit the needs of different people. Recommended for the novice as a good introduction and how to get started on your own. Good job to the author as well as the narrator. Great job!

Perfect tips for greater happiness.

The happiness theme of this book is what I ended up liking the most about the story. During her wilderness survival course the main character, Helen meets a bright young woman who teaches her that we write the story of our lives.

Great listen about losing love, finding happiness and learning to be grateful. According to fellow hiker, Windy Happy people are more likely to register joy than unhappy people.

Helpful Ideas and tips.

It refers to the fulfillment of needs and desires at all levels. The levels can be mental, physical and spiritual depending on the people. Mental happiness is achieved by an individual by doing away with stress, anxiety, and depression. I do enjoy listening this book as I learn tons of helpful ideas and tips that I should apply to myself.

I enjoy listen this book.

I enjoy listen this book while in the midst of launching my own first novel that included many restless nights. Reaching for "Happiness" left me satisfied and immersed even when I secretly hoped for a surprise ending and instead got the one I wanted.

I really like this book.

Personal growth, happiness, healing, humor, and love, with a wilderness adventure thrown in; this book was all that and more. I highly recommend this brilliant novel to women's fiction fans.

Good.

I was feeling a little anxious and restless, and I couldn't find inner peace or calm. That's when I knew it was time to read this amazing book again. For the fourth time. The moment I opened it and started listening, I had this feeling of "ahhhh, this is good and just what I needed".
