Energized me, inspired me and helped a lot
What made the experience of listening to Happy Thoughts the most enjoyable?
I was having a pretty rough day when I decided to give this hypnosis a try. I didn't think anything could help, but though why not, give it a shot. I am very glad that I did. I could feel my mood changing and my body relaxing. Within just ten minutes, I felt a difference in how I was feeling. It was almost as though I had taken a mental happy pill. The hypnosis wasn't too long, which was good because I had listened to it during a busier part of my day. I did find that I lingered a bit longer afterwards before returning to my day and listened to the music provided. It was uplifting, to say the least, and came at just the right time for me.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It turned a bad day into a good one, I'd say that it a good result for the first try. I will do this hypnosis again later and hopefully it will have the same effect.
Any additional comments?
After listening to it, I kind of felt like I found a secret weapon against bad days. We will see if it continues to have the same effect after multiple listens. Two thumbs up.

15 min meditation & 53 min of annoying noise
This is a 15 minute mediation. The rest is some sort of synth preset Casio keyboard music on repeat. The positive reviews have absolutely got to be this guys friends or family. I would like to give no stars, and won't be listening to this ever again.
