Perfect for teen girls!

I run a teen girls group and they enjoyed listening to some of the segments in this book. They could relate to it well and they really enjoyed the fact that the narrator had an English accent!

Tremendous resource !

As a college head coach, I see student athletes as well as teens in general, that are under such what is seemingly overwhelming demands on their time., Social media creates a false narrative of life in general. Relationships, family, friends and technology create pressure that grows silently within our teens. This is a fantastic book for today's teenagers, and it is filled with advice and recommendations on dealing with the challenges they face. The seemingly endless amount and depth of daily decisions that many teens face in today's world can seem extreme. This book is a great resource for your teen and will offer parents insight as to how their teens react and deal with the outside noise and pressures of being a teen in the 21st century. I strongly recommend this book for both teens and parents!

Tremendous advice given here, this is great!

I am convinced that if this book were taught in schools, there would be far less sad teenagers. It examines every problem that today's youth encounter and offers practical, empowering solutions. This is the book for any teen who is confused or anxious about social situations. If you're worried about peer pressure, stressed out, or attempting to keep up with false Instagram profiles, each chapter will be extremely beneficial to you. If you're a parent, this book should be your go-to resource for dealing with the chaos that having teenagers may bring. This author has written yet another wonderful novel. Purchase it, read it, and put it to good use!

The information in this book could save a teenager

I wish I had this book when I was a teenager. The most important message from this audiobook is to love yourself, think positive and not seek external validation from your peers in school, etc., who don't know you that well. Definitely not as well as your parents do if you have loving and caring parents or guardians.

I swear if a lot of teenagers read this book, there will be fewer bullying and school shootings in these schools. Public schools have gotten even more dangerous than before. I believe lack of self-love is the root of all these problems that occur in these schools (mass shootings, school shootings, rampant bullying) and adults not dealing with situations in a mature, prompt, and urgent manner.

This author understands teenagers to the tee. Every teenager should read this and every parent with a teenager should get this book for their teen. It's time for us to teach teenagers or for teenagers to know that learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all. Creativity, empathy, open-mindedness, and persistence all come along with self-love, The information in this book is life-changing and life-saving. Highly recommend!
